My light of choice is the BoxELite Desk Lamp from Northern Light Technologies. It was not cheap, but I have yet to have to replace the bulb and it has moved with me over a dozen times over the past few years, including a few trips via mail across the country. The other issue is the angle — I have to keep the EBox up really high so that the light strikes the top of my eyeball. I recently came across a solution, albeit an ugly one. :) (The Metz family specializes in ugly solutions!) It’s called the Luminette 3. You just wear these glasses which are connected to an app on your phone. If you’re interested in light therapy remember: consitency, proximity, and angle.
